Yes,it's ok to offer samples.
If the samples are in stock, without any client's printing request,it's free.
If the samples are needed with printing reuqest,sample fees are charges.
In both situation,the courier fee should be paid by clients.

What kind of decoration can be reached on the surface of PE tube?How about ABL/PBL?

Noramlly,It's done on PE tube with offset/silkscreen/Hotstamping/Lable applying.
And for ABL/PBL,colorful&complicated offset/silkscreen/hotstamping.

What's the payment terms?

We do as T/T 30% deposit,and 70% balance before shipment

What's the lead time after placing orders?

It often takes 35days around to finish the whole production.But it's depent on final friendly discussion.
